Falcon 2000 pay rates

I may be interviewing for a position with a start-up flight department thats leasing a Falcon 2000. Can someone give me the range of industry pay rates for PIC/SIC pay. Oh...Its in Texas. Thanks

Also...If anyone knows where I can view the basic performance limitations etc. on the plane it would be great!
