I've read on another forum that some SWA guys think there might be attrition from the FO ranks once DAL, UAL, AA (maybe), etc start to crank up hiring here in the next couple of years because of the potentially long upgrade at SWA. Add in a quicker upgrade and/or the chance to fly bigger metal to int'l destinations it could be pretty true.
Do you SWA guys see this carrying any truth? Do you think SWA will get less competetive because of it, meaning going come several thousand hours TPIC and a check airmen letter to be competitive to some a little less.
