UAL Int'l Jumpseat

Hi guys.

Is it possible to jumpseat to Europe on UAL if there is an open seat in the back? Also, is it possible to get F or C class? If not I'll list in the back, but I am trying to avoid the fees if possible. Finally, on the way back across the pond, do jumpseaters have to pay the $100 Euro carbon offset tax?
