I've never been to any type of job fair or conference before, WIA will be my first one. I'm curious if anyone can tell me exactly how these things work. Is it a bunch of displays and we just walk around handing out resumes? Do they want a cover letter with our resumes? How about letters of recommendation for specific companies, should we print them out (like from airlinesapps) and have them with our resumes? Forgive my ignorance, just trying to make sure I don't go in there looking like an idiot :) Cheers!
