Handle international flying? I am an FX guy and some folks were chatting in the crew room discussing this a few nights ago. One of the guys was saying that we are one of the few companies who has their pilots world wide qualified. (Or something along those lines.....) Aside from narrow body aircraft not doing transoceanic flying how are international flights crewed at other companies? For example can a DAL reserve pilot be sent to Africa then Europe then Asia on back to back trips (all other legalities being met) or are pilots assigned theatre specific trips (only Asia, only Europe...etc) what about AA? UniCal? Others? He has me curious now......that's never a good thing!:)
