Part 91 and Polar Ops

I was wondering if any Part 91 corporate operators are doing polar operation. We do a couple missions where we go pretty far north (around 75N) and cant seem to find any documentation pertaining to polar operations for 91 operators. I know the FAA defines polar ops above 78 degree north. Does anybody have any idea where it is stated what is required (LOA, survival equip, etc.) for 91 operators above a certain latitude.
