Does Skywest have auto land?

Hi all.

1/8th mile visibility / RVR 1,200-1,600 at LAX this morning. Wx didn't seem to be slowing down any of the Skywest arrivals. I suppose they have the 50 ft lower dispensation that CAT II provides.

Would 1,000 RVR or less cause diversions?
