I have brought jets into MSN many times and no matter if I brought some speed into the carrier break(approved by tower) or did the normal pattern at idle, I still always got the call on ground to contact the SOF on blah blah blah for being too loud to which I ignored. Since when does an ANG base have the authority to require a PPR to park at the FBO?? As if I can't read the AP or NOTAMs...
